She has served over two hundred clients, particularly in financial institutions, telecommunications, aviation, healthcare, high technology, and government institutions.

Shu-Tze's leadership journey includes roles as Chief Officer, Vice President, and Group Head of Organisational Effectiveness and Talent. Her responsibilities spanned four continents, with leading consulting firms like Deloitte and Manpower Group and corporations like Citibank, AIA, Petronas, Maybank, Sime Darby Berhad. She managed organisations with annual turnovers between USD 100 million and USD 180 billion, and staff forces varied from 2,000 to 130,000.

Today, Shu-Tzeis a seasoned organisational transformation and people strategist, known for her principled and purposeful approach. Her focus on technology-driven data-driven strategies has consistently delivered significant results, including a 180% increase in country revenue within 18 months. She has also boosted customer and employee engagement by over 50%, enhanced the leadership pipeline of the top 200 C-suite, and minus-1 by over 80% with a 66% succession rate.
 

As an industry advisor and esteemed council member for Harvard Business School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan Management School, Shu-Tze's expertise is not only recognised but also sought after. She is a frequent guest speaker at universities and higher learning institutions locally and globally, further solidifying her position as a thought leader. Her areas of expertise include business strategic planning, organisational transformation, and C-suite succession leadership development.

Shu-Tzeis a certified professional coach with the International Coaching Federation (I.C.F.), Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (N.L.P.) and Time-Line-Therapy®. She holds an Honours Degree in Social Science and a Master's in Counselling. She also authored the book "HUMAN RACE 4.0: The Science for Getting Ahead In The New World Order."
