Who She Is
Shu-Tze Tan is a global enterprise transformation strategist who has spent 25 years inside the organisations most people only read about — not as an external advisor brought in to observe, but as the executive accountable for making change happen and holding it together under pressure.

Her executive career spans four continents and some of the region's most consequential leadership roles. As Chief Talent Officer, she held full people and organisational accountability at the C-suite level.
As Acting Country Head of a global consulting practice, she ran a P&L. As Group Head of Talent Management and Director of Organisational Development and Effectiveness across institutions including Sime Darby, Citibank, and AIA, she led transformation from inside the system — not from a PowerPoint at arm's length.
