Who She Is

  Shu-Tze Tan is a global enterprise transformation strategist who has spent 25 years inside the organisations most people only read about — not as an external advisor brought in to observe, but as the executive accountable for making change happen and holding it together under pressure.

She has guided Fortune 100 companies through mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and large-scale digital transformation across financial services, aviation, telecommunications, FMCG, healthcare, high technology, and conglomerates — in revenue environments ranging from USD 100 million to USD 180 billion.

Executive Track Record  

Her executive career spans four continents and some of the region's most consequential leadership roles. As Chief Talent Officer, she held full people and organisational accountability at the C-suite level. 

As Acting Country Head of a global consulting practice, she ran a P&L. As Group Head of Talent Management and Director of Organisational Development and Effectiveness across institutions including Sime Darby, Citibank, and AIA, she led transformation from inside the system — not from a PowerPoint at arm's length.

 She has not just advised transformation. She has been responsible for it. 

The Results  

Her track record is measurable. At Citibank, strategic alignment and predictive performance modelling delivered 148% revenue growth in 7 weeks. At AIA, digital transformation drove a 28% increase in Value of New Business and a 15% increase in OPAT over two consecutive years. 

At Sime Darby, succession architecture built an 80% growth in C-suite and direct-report pipelines across four continents. At Malaysia Aviation Group, leadership agility coaching resulted in the organisation posting its first annual net profit in a decade.
